Harvest: Hand picked.
Alcohol content: 13,5%/Vol.
Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation carried out at 29º C in stainless steel fermentation tanks using native yeast. Complete malolactic fermentation with its lees.
Maceration: Maceration for 21 days in stainless steel vats.
Oak: In American oak barrel for twelve months.
Aging in bottle: For six months.
Tasting Notes: Dark picota cherry of average intensity, border tiles with reflected violáceos of wide and attractive strip. aromas of good intensity of red fruit -it hoists, cherry on a bottom of black fruit- very well conjugated plum and higos- with the floral freshness of the violet. The breathe intengra delicately in good balance the raising notes cinnamon hemstitches and contributing gentleness and exotismo, accompanied with black chocolate fondant notes. Fleshy, rich mouth, attacks flavorful, fresh acidity that will contribute guard to him, flavorful tannins of very good quality, means body, with mean-long final and aftertaste with fruit memories.
